About us

Built for pharmacists navigating expanded scope.

Pharmacists are doing more than ever — prescribing, adapting, renewing, running annual care plans. RxScribe exists to make the documentation behind that work fast, structured and defensible, so expanded scope feels like an opportunity rather than a paperwork burden.

What we are doing

Three commitments, and one of them is unusual

Our mission

Give pharmacists back the time the paperwork takes

A documentation tool should respect clinical judgment and respect the clock. Every design decision in RxScribe is measured against whether it puts a pharmacist back in front of a patient sooner.

Our vision

Every pharmacist-led encounter, properly recorded

Structured, auditable, professional documentation for every service a pharmacy provides — without the record quality depending on who happened to be on shift that day.

Our approach

We would rather say less than overstate a safeguard

Clinical algorithms and monitoring recommendations are curated and versioned by pharmacy clinical experts, and every note ships under a pharmacist's review — the software does not decide anything on its own. The same rule governs how we describe it: a privacy claim on this site is a claim we can show you in the product. That is why the ambient scribe transcribes on your workstation rather than in our data centre.
