One product. No feature tiers.
There is no version of RxScribe with the scribe switched off, or a plan where prescribing costs extra. Every pharmacy that uses it gets all of it.
Twenty minutes, and you will leave the call knowing the number.
All of it, in one line
We would rather compete on whether the product is good than on which features sit behind the next tier up.
- Ambient Scribe, with on-device transcription
- All six clinical modules
- All 25 published prescribing algorithms
- Patient records and the per-patient chart
- Reading a medication list from an image or your screen
- Every pharmacist at the location, each with their own account
- Automatic verified updates, for as long as you are with us
- Support from the team that builds it
What to expect before you commit
Access is arranged rather than self-serve, because RxScribe is used under your college's standards and we confirm the pharmacy and its licensee first.
Step one
See it on a real encounter
A twenty-minute walkthrough on a live follow-up or prescribing assessment. Bring the objections.
Step two
Register the pharmacy
Three short steps. We review the pharmacy and its designated licensee, then open the workspace and email the download link.
Step three
Install and start documenting
One installer per workstation, a guided tour on first launch, and updates that arrive on their own after that.
If you leave
The documentation is yours, and it always was
Ownership and control of everything documented through RxScribe stay with the pharmacy custodian at all times — that is written into the Terms, not offered as a courtesy. Records can be printed, saved as PDF, or copied as plain text into any system you move to.
The three we get most
Is it priced per pharmacist or per pharmacy?
We will give you a straight answer on the call, sized to your location count. Every pharmacist at a location gets their own account either way — attribution only works if nobody is sharing a login.
Do we need new hardware?
Almost certainly not. RxScribe runs on ordinary Windows pharmacy workstations, and the only extra requirement is a working microphone if you want to use the scribe.
What if only one of our pharmacists wants to use the scribe?
That is fine. The scribe is optional at the session level — every workflow still works typed, exactly as it did before, and the two can be used side by side on the same day.
Find out what it costs your pharmacy
One call. We size it to your locations and your pharmacist count, and you get the number before you go.
