Have the consultation, and the note is already drafted — the ambient scribe is here, it transcribes on your own workstation, and the whole app has been redrawn around one consistent design.
- An ambient scribe drafts the note for you — start a session from the sidebar, have the consultation with the patient's consent, and RxScribe drafts a clinical note for you to review and edit before anything is filed. Nothing is entered on your behalf; the draft is a starting point you correct, not a note that files itself.
- Transcription runs on your own workstation — the speech engine and its language model are installed with the app rather than reached over the network, so consultation audio does not leave the machine, and it is never stored once the draft has been made.
- The scribe recognises the vocabulary you actually use — drug names, doses and clinical terms are given to the engine up front, so it stops guessing at the words that matter most in the note.
- Three pages have been added under your account menu — About, Preferences, and Keyboard Shortcuts.
- The whole application is now drawn from a single design — buttons, headings, hover labels, colours, spacing and dialogs are the same wherever you are, so a window opened from one module no longer looks like it belongs to a different product.
- Rx Prescribe has been redrawn end to end, from choosing the condition through to the finished document, and its steps now share the same controls and spacing as the rest of the app.
- Clinical Records has been rebuilt — the record list, the detail panel and the patient chart have all been redrawn, and the chart's tabs, search fields, empty states and encounter cards now match the rest of the app rather than each other.
- Choosing medications and indications is clearer, and the injection indication and route pickers have been rebuilt around the same selection controls, so the two flows no longer behave differently from one another.
- Dates are chosen from the application's own calendar rather than the one built into the browser, so the picker matches everything around it.
- Long text boxes grow as you type instead of scrolling inside a fixed height.
- Adaptation asks for the supply once — the two supply screens have been combined into a single step.
- The live preview shows real headings — a drafted note is now laid out under its own section titles instead of arriving as one continuous block.
- Notes read and print more legibly, with the editor's spacing and type carried through to the printed page.
- The window is quicker to start and lighter to run.
- Warning, error and success labels show in their own colours again — amber cautions, red warnings and green confirmations were all being drawn in the same grey.
- The patient continuity code is spaced for reading again on the one screen where the code has to be read out or written down.
- Headings on the Privacy and Terms pages now use the application's own heading typeface instead of falling back to a system serif.
- Buttons reached with the keyboard now show a visible outline, including in the guided tour, where the focused button previously gave no indication at all.
- The copy button on the live notes panel fades in on hover as intended, instead of appearing instantly.
